• Materials. Choose from acrylic, metal, PVC and foam. Less frequently used materials include glass, wood, and marble.
• Thicknesses. For the full effect of 3D letter signs, it makes sense to select a thickness of around one inch to two inches. For a more dramatic presentation, consider the use of foam, which offers you an additional inch or so for a genuinely impressive look.
